Las Vegas NowWrongful death suit filed against daycare

NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP) - The mother of an 18-month-old boy who drowned in a hot tub in a daycare in January has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the daycare.
The mother of Jordan Williams says Marisela's Family Daycare Center was negligent in caring for her son.
The Clark County District Attorney's Office has not filed charges in the case, ruling the death an accident.
A 3-year-old child found in the pool along with the dead boy survived.
