College aid can be hard to come by so some students are getting creative. Hundreds of scholarships are available and it's not all about academic and sports anymore.
Standing tall and proud is six feet inches tall, Charles Huang has reason to smile. He's the winner of the Tall Awareness Scholarship. "I heard rumors about it. People always said you can get a tall scholarship or left handed scholarship," he said.

Tajane Perry, Charles, and Jayson Yorce are all scholarship recipients. Between them, their total is more than $20,000 for textbooks, food, and tuition. But these aren't your ordinary scholarships.
"I really didn't think it was real, but when I saw it on the website, wow! That's awesome. Thank you genetics," said Huang.
The website belongs to the Public Education Foundation. They say there are thousands of scholarships available for students -- some usual and others obscure.
"There was one that if you made a dress out of duct tape for prom, you could get a scholarship. I was like, ‘Really?'" said Perry.
Yorce won the Southern Nevada Flooring Association Scholarship. "You have to have a parent or grandparent that works for a flooring company that is a member of the association," he said.
Jayson and the others recommend researching and talking to school counselors to find what scholarships are available, whether you're tall or not.
These days there seems to be a scholarship for everyone. You don't have to be straight A and 4.0 student to get one either.
