18-year-old Bianca Razo-PinaA 2-month-old Pahrump girl has died from the injuries police say her parents inflicted.
The girl's parents, 18-year-old Bianca Razo-Pina and 24-year-old Efren Chavez have only been charged with neglect, but charges will likely be upgraded.
Razo-Pina has been released on bail. Chavez is being held on $1 million bail.
