20-year-old Kenneth ReidNorth Las Vegas police say they've arrested the suspected gunman in the slaying of an 8-year-old girl who was killed by a bullet fired into her father's apartment.
Police say 20-year-old Kenneth Reid of North Las Vegas was arrested Sunday on a warrant issued June 24 on charges including murder with a deadly weapon.
Police Sgt. Tim Bedwell says a handgun was seized during Reid's arrest. But he says it's not the weapon used in the June 12 death of Savannah Marie Bullins
An accused co-defendant, 27-year-old Marcus Dewayne Larry, was arrested June 24.
Investigators believe the girl's 27-year-old father was the intended target of the gunfire in a dispute over drugs.
