
The Southern Nevada Health District is holding Back-to-School Immunization Clinics to make sure all children are vaccinated before school starts.
Law requires that all Nevada children be vaccinated before they enter the Clark County School District.
You can download a Vaccine Administrative Record by clicking here. The form should be filled out prior to getting a vaccine.
The health district is holding extended hours from 8 a.m to 6 p.m. at the Ravenholt Public Health Center at 625 Shadow Lane. There will also be some Back-to-School clinics over the weekend.

Community College of Southern Nevada (This event is hosted by community based organizations, not the health district).

9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The health district charges a $16 fee for one vaccine and $25 for two or more. Some vaccines may require an additional charge.
Children in Nevada entering 7th grade are also required to immunized against pertussis or whooping cough.
There will also be an immunization clinic hosted by several local organizations that will take place on Saturday.
