Las Vegas NowBoat Explosion Injures 5 at Lake Mead
Authorities say five people were hurt, including three who were hospitalized after a boat explosion in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
The National Park Service says seven people were aboard the boat when it burst into flames at the Callville Bay Marina fuel dock just before 6 p.m. Thursday. Park Service investigators suspect a build-up of gasoline fumes might caused the explosion.
