Las Vegas NowNV Energy Hosts Senior Assistance Expo
NV Energy is hosting a special senior energy assistance expo Saturday. Representatives from the company will be there to answer questions about past due bills, weatherization, and energy conservation.
The expo is being held at the Henderson Convention Center on Water Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The expo is only open to NV Energy customers age 62 and older and you must not have received any assistance in the past 12 months. Customers must also be a permanent residential customer of NV Energy, have the bill in their name and live at the address for which assistance is requested and meet income guidelines.
Customers will need a Nevada driver license or identification, their past due energy bill in need of payment, and proof of income or pending income.
