Nevada Senator John Ensign continues to dodge questions and avoid critics as the scandal into his affair deepens.
The Senate is preparing for a possible ethics investigation. At issue, is not Ensign's admitted affair with Cindy Hampton, but allegations that Ensign paid off the Hampton's and lobbied to get Doug Hampton a job.
On Tuesday, CNN cameras caught up with Ensign outside of his Washington office.
Ensign was asked point blank questions about allegedly breaking laws to help the husband of his former mistress.
