Attorney General Announces Arrest In Mortgage Scam

Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto announced today that two Las Vegans have been arrested on multiple charges of theft, mortgage fraud, identity theft and forgery.

Thomas F. Gentile age 56 and Julio C. Martinez age 61 are accused of attempting to obtain a mortgage loan against a property owned by Gentile's former employer without the knowledge or consent of the former employer. 

An arrest warrant has also been issued for a third suspect, Justin M. Sabo age 30, of Huntington Beach, California, whose whereabouts are unknown at this time.
