Doctor Conrad MurrayA Nevada judge is releasing warrant documents similar to those previously disclosed in the Michael Jackson death investigation. But Clark County District Court Judge Valerie Adair is allowing other documents to remain sealed.
A clerk says Adair will sign an order Wednesday releasing documents relating to July 28 searches of Dr. Conrad Murray's home, office and storage unit in Las Vegas. Murray was Jackson's personal physician.
A prosecutor said Tuesday he wouldn't oppose releasing records containing information already made public after searches at Murray's offices in Houston and Los Angeles.
Adair decided an ongoing investigation would be jeopardized by releasing documents relating to an Aug. 11 search of a pharmacy where authorities say Murray bought the powerful sedative propofol.
The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Jackson's death was a homicide, caused primarily by propofol and another sedative.
