Ethan FoleyA three-year-old Las Vegas boy missing for a month is back in the Valley.
Ethan's Foley's grandmother, Sharon Foley Pryor, told Eyewitness News Friday afternoon he was located in Virginia. She is flew there to get him over the weekend.
His biological mother, Noel Raleigh, is in police custody.
Ethan's aunt Stephanie Martinez is still on the loose.
Police say Raleigh and her sister abducted the boy last month, from his babysitter's house, but it took them a month to verify the child could be in danger.
The boy's grandmother said she was screaming in excitement when she was told he was found, and was safe.
She can't wait to see him and said, "Hug him, hug him a lot. They did tell me that he looks fine and actually the police, when they went to get him he ran to the police he wasn't afraid of them."
Sharon Foley Pryor will bring Ethan back home to Las Vegas on Saturday.
She now hopes to work on changing the criteria for Amber Alerts so they can be issued in cases of child abductions in which it is not immediately known if there is a threat to the child.
