The man accused of opening fire inside the New York, New York Hotel and Casino was indicted Wednesday. Steven Zegrean is facing 52 criminal charges including attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and carrying a concealed weapon.

In July, witnesses say Zegrean fired a number of shots from an automatic gun. Four people were injured.

Police say Zegrean was depressed and may have been trying to commit suicide by cop.

Bystanders subdued him before that happened. Zegrean faces life in prison.
