District Court Judge Elizabeth Halverson (file)District Court Judge Elizabeth Halverson is formally denying all charges filed against her by the Nevada Judicial Discipline Commission.

In a response filed Tuesday, Halverson says the commission's allegations fall short of what would be needed to find her in violation of any judicial rules.
The response also says Judge Halverson is entitled to protections under the American's With Disabilities Act.
Judge Halverson has been suspended with pay since last summer after complaints about her behavior both on and off the bench.
