A second alleged armed robbery victim in the O.J. Simpson trial says he doesn't want Simpson convicted. Alfred Beardsley is one of two memorabilia dealers allegedly robbed in a gunpoint confrontation in a Las Vegas casino hotel a year ago. He says he's testifying as a "reluctant" witness.

Beardsley testified he believes Simpson was set up. Beardsley says he was helping another named victim in this case -- Bruce Fromong -- sell some Simpson memorabilia. Beardsley says he was contacted by admitted set-up man Thomas Riccio who said he had a wealthy buyer -- who was identified as a Las Vegas software executive.

Beardsley told the jury he had a bad feeling about being in a small hotel room with the memorabilia and explained why he does not want to be a part of this case.

"I have known Mr. Simpson for a number of years. I found he had been misinformed, lied to completely and I believe that he was targeted by this con man in order for this man to make quite bit a money -- which he has done nothing but make money for the last year," Beardsley testified.

Simpson's former sports agent Mike Gilbert also took the stand. Gilbert says Simpson gave him many items for his personal collection but under cross-examination, Gilbert admitted he did not have any receipts or other documents to prove his ownership of the items.

Outside the presence of the jury, prosecutors said Simpson and Gilbert had a bad falling out. Prosecutors said they needed Gilbert on the stand to explain to jurors why Simpson would be so angry he would call for guns to be brought to the room.
