Las Vegas NowFugitive in Dallas-Area Slaying Arrested in Vegas
Federal marshals in Las Vegas say they've arrested a fugitive in a Texas slaying.
The U.S. Marshals Service says 26-year-old Kevin Jermaine Davis was arrested without incident Tuesday after he was found at an address in the northeast Las Vegas area.
Jail records show Davis was held without bail at the Clark County jail in Las Vegas pending a court extradition hearing on Thursday.
Marshals say Davis was one of the Dallas-Forth Worth area's "most wanted" fugitives.
They say he was sought in the Oct. 24 slaying of another man who was shot at close range during a fight in South Dallas.
