Dozens of outraged Las Vegas residents came together this morning to protest the closure of F Street at I-15.
They had been planning the protest for weeks to show their concern about the closure of F Street. They say it cuts their access to downtown and makes it harder for emergency vehicles to get to their homes.
"We're very serious about the protest march because, according to our history, it has been very effective. Numbers have a way of saying a lot more," said Trish Geran, Stop the F Street Closure, LLC.
The protestors showed up at City Hall to show their displeasure. They are hoping a judge will halt the permanent closure of the street.
