Las Vegas NowArrest Reports Offers Details on Children Falling From Car
Nancy Lopez was the driver and is facing numerous charges including DUI.
Vanessa Ramirez admitted to police she knew Lopez was drunk.There were 10 people in the car, seven of them were young children and no one was restrained, according to the police report of an accident that involved three children falling out of a moving car.
Vanessa Ramirez admitted to police that she knew her friend, Nancy Lopez, was drunk but still let her three children ride in her car. Two of the children injured were hers and one of them is still in critical condition following the Sunday night incident.

Police say they found beer in the vehicle and Lopez admitted drinking. Police say there were two adult males and seven children in Nancy Lopez's car. One of Lopez's children also fell from the car but was not seriously hurt.
