Las Vegas NowChild who Died from H1N1 Identified
The first child to die in Southern Nevada from H1N1 has been identified as 6-year-old Daejon Meadows.
The boy did have the underlying medical condition of sickle cell anemia and died last week. He was a student at Quannah McCall Elementary School. The Clark County Coroner's office said the cause of death was respiratory failure.
