700 steel bollards to be installed on Las Vegas Strip

LAS VEGAS - With ISIS appearing to ramp up terror attacks around the world, there's more protection on the way for millions of visitors and locals on the Las Vegas strip.

Clark County officials are moving forward with the installation of hundreds of steel posts meant to stop vehicles used as weapons. Tuesday’s decision from commissioners is about being proactive and taking steps to prevent any type of attack or accident that could hurt or kill pedestrians.
