Alleged Starbucks shooter held with no bail

Pedro Garcia, the man accused of shooting and killing a customer in Starbucks, made his first court appearance via video conference Wednesday morning in Las Vegas Justice Court.

Garcia, 34, is facing charges of murder, robbery, burglary and discharging a firearm in an occupied structure.  

The judge did not set bail in the case.

Garcia is expected to appear in court again on Friday, Sept. 30.
