Alleged victim of embattled probate attorney speaks out

LAS VEGAS - The Las Vegas probate attorney accused of stealing millions from clients is due back in court Tuesday morning.

Robert Graham faces multiple counts of theft, exploitation of an older person, and destroying evidence.

He was indicted and arrested last week on criminal charges that could get him as many as 90 years in prison.

The prominent lawyer disappeared last month amid state bar allegations that he stole millions of dollars from his clients beginning in July 2013.

Prosecutors say investigators think the amount lost by clients could top $15 million.

"I at least have some Social Security and retirement coming in, but I know there's got to be people out there that don't even have that. Those I feel really sorry for," said victim Mimi DeVore-Rigg.

Graham has been a lawyer in Nevada since 1992.

He is being held in the Clark County Detention Center on $5 million bail.
