Amazon has launched it's own grocery store in Seattle that does away with checkout counters.

The first and only "Amazon Go" store uses what the company calls "Just Walk Out" technology that detects when an item is taken from or returned to shelves, then charges your account when you leave the store.

The 1,800-square-foot space is currently available to the company's employees during the beta program, but could open to the public next year, according to its website.
