Another Plea Deal in HOA Fraud Case

LAS VEGAS -- The massive homeowners association corruption probe has another guilty plea. The Department of Justice got that plea from Darryl Scott Nichols, who essentially acted as a plant on three HOA boards.

Court documents explain how he would use that position to tamper with the bill pay program to get access to more money.

This is the second plea in as many weeks, as Steve Wark also plead guilty last week.

It's expected these are not the end of pleas and convictions. The DOJ hopes to use these men to prosecute those higher up in the fraud.
