Apple works to fix iPhone 5 battery issue

LAS VEGAS — Own an iPhone 5 and have an issue with battery life? Apple is finally addressing the problem and says it'll replace it for you in some cases.

The affected devices were sold between September 2012 and January 2013, Apple said.

The issue results in "shorter battery life" or "need to be charged more frequently."
