The fast-food chain known for their roast beef sandwiches is adding something new to the menu:  Deer meat.

According to USA Today, Arby's will sell a venison sandwich in select markets by the end of the month.  Las Vegas is not one of those markets.

The sandwich is made of 100% deer meat with premium cut top and bottom round steaks from the hind quarter of the deer.  It's served on a toasted roll with crispy onions and a berry sauce.
