BREAKING NEWS: JFK Airport Reopens After Plane Skids Off Runway

NEW YORK-- John F. Kennedy International Airport has reopened after a plane slid off the runway.

Authorities say the Delta plane from Toronto landed safely at 8 a.m., but as the aircraft was exiting the runway it slid into the snow. No one was hurt.

The airport suspended operations for domestic and international flights because of icy runways, but has since reopened.
