Cause of Death Released After Ka Performer's Fall

LAS VEGAS -- The Clark County Coroner's Office released the cause of death of Ka performer Sarah Guillot-Guyard, who died June 29 during a show.

Guyard, 31, a French citizen and a resident of Las Vegas, died of multiple blunt force trauma after falling about 90 feet, the coroner's office said. Her death was ruled accidental.

The Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration is continuing its investigation into how the accident happened. The investigation could take up to six months.
