A construction worker is dead after a scaffolding collapse at the Tivoli Village project on Rampart Boulevard, according to Las Vegas Fire and Rescue.
Three workers were on the scaffolding when it collapsed. One worker fell with it and two jumped to safety, according to emergency crews.
OSHA is investigating the incident.
