Coroner IDs victim of deadly shooting

LAS VEGAS -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the man shot and killed Wednesday as 24-year-old Christopher Dewayne Jones Jr.

Jones was shot and killed at an apartment near Owens Avenue and Nellis Boulevard at around 3:15 p.m. Jones was shot multiple times and died a short time later.

Police are looking for 21-year-old Anishya Douglas in connection with the deadly shooting.

Police say Jones and Douglas knew each other. Detectives believe the shooting is related to a fight that started between the two Tuesday night.

Douglas is described as a black woman, 5 foot 3 and 120 pounds. She also has tattoos. One on her neck says "boss" and another just below her eye is the letter 'H.' She has short hair and wears baggy clothing. Police say she could pass for a young man. She was last seen leaving the scene of the shooting. Officers say she should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about Douglas is asked to call Metro Police immediately.
