CSN professor charged with 2 counts of lewdness

LAS VEGAS - College of Southern Nevada professor Mark Peplowski is facing two counts of open or gross lewdness for engaging in sexual conduct in a public place.

The professor, who is also an attorney, was arrested in connection with two separate incidents that took place in June and July of 2017.

According to Declaration of Warrant, police witnessed Peplowski have sex with two women, believed to be prostitutes, in a vacant lot that was in open view of the public. The acts occurred on different days, but in the same location.

Both sex acts were recorded by police.

Peplowski is a professor in the Department of Social Sciences at CSN Henderson campus.
