Family, marriage counselor indicted on sex charges

LAS VEGAS -- A federal grand jury has indicted a family and marriage counselor on allegations he tried to solicit a 13-year-old girl for sex.

Ian Alexander Pincombe is accused of coercion and enticement of a minor, possession of child pornography and the receipt and distribution of pornography.

Police say Pincombe, 45, sent sexually explicit emails and text messages to an undercover Henderson Police detective who posed as the girl answering a Craigslist.com ad.

Pincombe was arrested on May 2 at a parking lot where he arranged to meet the girl. He could face 10 years in prison.
