Four Indicted on Heroin Trafficking Charges

LAS VEGAS -- A Clark County grand jury Wednesday indicted four men on charges related to heroin trafficking.

Arnoldo Portillo, Cesar Adrian Iglesias-Perales, and Isaias Silvas were indicted on charges of conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, trafficking in a controlled substance and transport of a controlled substance.

They are alleged to have sold an estimated $151,400 worth of heroin. All three are in custody in the Clark County Detention Center. Bail was set at $250,000 for both Portillo and Iglesias-Perales, and $100,000 for Silvas.

Separately, Marco Cortes-Arreola was indicted on charges of trafficking in a control substance. He was accused of selling an estimated $112,000 worth of heroin. He is in custody at CCDC with a $250,000 bail.
