The Fresno State Bulldogs (6-4, 15-8) defeated the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels (4-7, 13-11) 111-104 in double overtime Saturday afternoon to sweep the season series.

It’s the Rebels third straight loss and have dropped four of their last five games in conference play.

Sophomore guard Patrick McCaw was in double figures for the Rebels with 28 points and 16 rebounds, four other players were also in double figures.

Freshmen center Stephen Zimmerman Jr. left the game early in the first half due to an apparent knee injury.

UNLV will play the San Jose State Spartans (3-8, 8-15) Wednesday night at the Thomas and Mack Center.
