Got A Problem? Tell Michelle: Warranty Woes

Ever have trouble getting a company to honor a warranty?

We get a lot of calls about this on the hotline. 

Leslie Brown found herself in this predicament recently when her 4K Samsung TV stopped working properly. 

She repeatedly reached out to Samsung for help but after several repair attempts, Leslie says they were unwilling to do anything more for her. 

Leslie was surprised by that because the warranty specifically said they would repair or replace if there was a problem.

Leslie asked Consumer Advocate Michelle Mortensen to get on her side and she got Leslie and new TV.

If you struggle with warranty battles remember to always keep your documentation and paperwork.

Keep logs of every call and email you send, as well as documenting whom you speak with each time. 

If that doesn't get you anywhere, tell Michelle... because when she has a problem she gets your results!
