Head art raises questions

LAS VEGAS - A sculpture of two massive heads that appeared on Eastern Avenue over the weekend had many people calling 8 News NOW to ask what they are.

The sculptures are part of Clark County's public art project called "Centered." This particular one features two massive metal faces staring at each other on Eastern Avenue near the 215.

This is final one of 10 art projects that are now in empty islands throughout the Las Vegas valley. The artists for the projects were selected by a panel of local artists, art educators and representatives from the county.

Here is more information about those projects and where you can see them.
