Henderson manager no longer on administrative leave

LAS VEGAS -- The Henderson assistant city manager, who was on administrative leave after his arrest for DUI last week, is no longer on leave, according to city officials.

However, Fred Horvath is taking some personal time off.

Horvath was arrested Friday and was released from the Henderson Detention Center a few hours later.

Police sources tell 8 News NOW that his blood alcohol level was .058, which is under the legal limit of .08.
