LAS VEGAS -- A JetBlue Spokesperson says a plane on its way to New York has made a safe landing after a mid-flight emergency.

Flight 194 left Las Vegas Sunday afternoon, and was on its way to JFK International Airport. JetBlue says the pilot decided to call an emergency mid-flight after a mechanical indication light flipped on in the cockpit. Crew members were then able to make a successful emergency landing back at McCarran International Airport. After landing, the plane had to be towed back to the gate. A total of 135 people were onboard at the time. No injuries were reported.

Flight 194 left again for JFK around 9:40 p.m.
