Kenyan Wins Rock 'n' Roll Marathon

LAS VEGAS -- Jonathan Ndambuki is the men's champion in the Zappos.com Rock ‘n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon.

As the race's first place winner, Ndambuki, 36, of Kenya, wins $1,000. He finished the race in 2:32:24. The second place finish went to Steve Dekoker, who ran the race in 2:33:22. Third place went to Sam Robinson, who finished the race in 2:42:09.

Second and third place win $500 and $250, respectively.
