Knights use overtime to slay Kings again 3-2

Los Angeles, CA. - Two of the best teams in the Pacific Division squared off Thursday night at the Staples Center.

It took extra hockey, but the Golden Knights edged the Los Angeles Kings 3-2 in overtime to increase its lead in the Pacific Division to three points while improving to 25-9.

Jonathan Marchessault, Brendan Leipsic scored for the Knights while David Perron tallied the game-winner in overtime.

The Golden Knights play their last game of 2017 against the Toronto Maple Leafs Sunday afternoon at T-Mobile Arena.
