Legacy golf course to remain a golf course

LAS VEGAS - The battle between homeowners and Legacy Golf Club owners has come to a resolution. The owners say the golf course will remain a golf course for the next 30 years.

More than 40 homeowners showed up to a court hearing Tuesday saying since the course closed earlier this year, it has not been maintained.

A judge granted a Temporary Restraining Order, assigning a company to maintain the course and a third party to make sure their work is up to par.

The Legacy's new owners are expected to reopen the course on Oct. 1.
