Lockdown Lifted on 2 Schools in NE Valley

LAS VEGAS -- A lockdown has been lifted on two elementary schools in the northeast valley Tuesday afternoon.

A Metro Police spokesman said Gwendolyn Woolley Elementary, 3955 N. Timberlake Drive, and Clyde C. Cox Elementary, 3855 Timberlake Drive, were locked down while police officers searched for a wanted man out of California.

The schools are near Alexander and Pecos roads.
