Man Arrested in ATM Drive-Thru Robbery

LAS VEGAS -- North Las Vegas Police arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with a robbery at a bank's drive-thru ATM earlier this month.

Nestor Rodriguez was arrested Monday night after police received tips from a surveillance photo that was released to the public.

According to police, a woman was using the ATM in the 2400 block of N. Rancho Drive about 8 p.m. on May 5 when two men approached her driver's side window and demanded the cash she had just withdrawn. The woman complied with their demands and the robbers left on foot.

He was arrested on a count of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.
