Man claims $191 million Mega Millions ticket sold at Primm Valley Lotto

SACRAMENTO, Cali. - Jack Freney is $191 million dollars richer after claiming his Mega Millions ticket.

The ticket matched all six numbers in the January 27 drawing.  It was sold at Primm Valley Lotto.  Freney declined to be interviewed or take a winner photo.  When asked what he would do with his riches he said "This will allow me to correct all the wrong that I have incurred in my lifetime."

Freney plans to take the lump sum payment of $114 million.  Prim Valley Lotto will receive a $955,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.  The store sells more lottery tickets than any other retailer in California.
