Man enters guilty plea in DUI death case

LAS VEGAS - The man accused of DUI when his vehicle struck and killed a man on the side of U.S. 95 changing a tire entered a guilty plea Thursday.

Gary Adair Jr. hit and killed 38-year-old Kadar Brown in March of 2014 on U.S 95 near the Summerlin exit. He initially told officers he had a diabetic seizure that caused him to veer off the road.

Adair failed a field sobriety test and told officers he had taken pain killers.

He will be sentenced on July 21.
