Man ID'd in Casino Shooting Death

LAS VEGAS -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has released the identity and cause of death of the man shot inside a North Las Vegas casino early Monday morning.

Kevin Levert Jones Jr., 31, of Las Vegas died from a gunshot wound to his back. The shooting happened about 3 a.m. Monday at the Lucky Club Casino.

The suspected shooter, Shonta Daniel Hammond, 35, was arrested and is being held at the Las Vegas jail on charges of murder in the second degree, carrying a concealed weapon and ex-felon in possession of a firearm.
