Man indicted in connection with trafficking 17-year-old prostitute

LAS VEGAS -- A Clark County grand jury indicted Marquis Quone Davis on sex trafficking charges that allegedly involved a 17-year-old girl who prosecutors said worked the Las Vegas Strip.

Davis was charged with first-degree kidnapping, sex trafficking of a child under age 18, living from the earnings of a prostitute, and child abuse neglect or endangerment.

Davis remains in the Clark County Detention Center, with bail set at $200,000. He is due in court April 3.
