Man injured in early morning accident

LAS VEGAS - A Las Vegas man suffered serious injuries Friday morning, after a vehicle hit him near Boulder Highway and Lamb Boulevard.

The accident happened shortly after midnight. Police say the 59-year-old man was crossing Boulder Highway outside a crosswalk, when a Lincoln Navigator hit him.

Emergency crews transported the man to University Medical Center. Police, so far, have not arrested the driver of the Lincoln.
