Man shot by Metro Police indicted in domestic disturbance incident

LAS VEGAS-- A 31-year-old man shot by Metro Police in response to a domestic disturbance earlier in August was indicted by a Clark County grand jury on charges of three counts of assault on a protected person with the use of a dangerous weapon.

Kyle Kuhn, who remains in custody at the Clark County Detention Center, was wounded at a home near Farm and Fort Apache roads after allegedly threatening police with a butcher knife.  After, Kuhn was shot by Metro Sgt. Sara Bradshaw, he was transported to University Medical Center.

Kuhn was also charged with a single count of resisting a public officer with use of a dangerous weapon. Bail was set at $100,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court.
