Metro police investigate shooting near North Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS -- Metro Police say a man was taken to University Medical Center Saturday afternoon after they found he had been shot. Police say around 3:40 p.m. they saw a car with multiple bullet holes near Decatur and U.S. 95. When they pulled the driver over, they found he had been shot. The victim was uncooperative and was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.

Police say just moments before this incident, they got a call about shots fired near Lake Mead Boulevard and D Street. Officers say they found multiple bullet casings in that neighborhood, which they believe may be connected to the man who was shot.
