Metro Police believe they have arrested the suspect responsible for the "Cruiser Robbery Series."

According to police, they were investigating a robbery that occurred around 7 a.m. at a fast food restaurant near S. Rainbow Boulevard and Spring Mountain Road.

The suspect left the area and went to Durango Drive and Flamingo Road where he was arrested.

Police say he is the person who may be responsible for a series of recent armed robberies around Spring Mountain and Rainbow. That suspect is described as parking a motorcycle outside the business and robbing employees at gunpoint.

Police released the suspect's picture earlier this week.
